Key Job Responsibilities:

• Regularly communicate with management on status, risks, and change control.
• Document and follow up with internal/external members at Amazon.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying issues and proposing enhancements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and establish a delivery plan considering resources and timelines.
• Partner closely with Program Managers, providing guidance on protocol/process development and scheduling for future projects.

• Experience working with prototype assets or relevant experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels within and outside the company.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Initiative to learn and a willingness to actively contribute to the team.

Basic Qualifications:

• A graduate in any engineering and business operations. While quantitative fields such as science and engineering are preferred, they are not mandatory.
• Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and proficiency in Word, Excel, IE, Firefox, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Flexibility and interest in handling repetitive tasks is required.
• High level of energy, proactive nature, and a sense of ownership and drive. Willingness to embrace the challenge of daily deadlines is essential.
