Key Responsibilities:
Conduct process reviews to identify gaps and issues, offering constructive feedback on quality and accuracy within the RTB.
Generate quality scores and develop dashboards through routine sampling of ongoing processes.
Collaborate with RTB teams to enhance efficiency by providing feedback on call calibrations and analyzing regular quality trends.
Undertake theme-based, one-off reviews focused on specific identified processes.
Evaluate KPIs and control assessments for RTB, preparing them for submission to the KPI controls dashboard.
Explore new areas for QC scope expansion and broaden coverage across various RTB activities within multiple RTB functions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
Possessing a background in any of the processes related to Client Reference data is advantageous.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills along with the ability to independently work on and review samples.
Exhibit qualities of being a team player, coupled with determination and a hardworking attitude.
Pay meticulous attention to details and demonstrate the capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Communicate effectively with RTB leads and stakeholders through strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in the context of call calibrations.
Showcase the ability to quickly grasp new procedures and acquire in-depth expertise in overall RTB processes.
Proficient in producing trend reports and quality dashboards.
Capable of creating PowerPoint slides specifically for quality dashboards.
