Position requirements:
- Must be able to interact with an external parties like customer and suppliers comfortably.
- Process and respond to phone calls and email received from publishers.
- Route payment concerns to account payable.
- Work with customer service manager in documenting process flows.
- Work on developing responses for common questions.
- Notify vendors that their content has been removed.
Minimum qualifications:
- Should be willing to work in night shifts.
- Any Graduation in any discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Additional computer skills certification in web technologies are preferable.
- Experience in web enabled software products or service is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills required
- Detail- oriented and process focused. Must be able to follow the process and document interaction as per requirements in clear and concise manner.
